From Toast
The freedoms I cherish the most are the freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition, rights in criminal proceedings, and the right against unreasonable searches and seizures. The freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition is very important because people should be able to practice what ever religion they want without the government choosing for them. You should be able to say what you want in speech or in writing. I you don’t like something you should have the right to protest against it to get what you want. When you are accused of being a criminal, you should be able to get a fair hearing and be allowed a lawyer. If there is a witness, the witness should be allowed to defend you. You should be able to protect your privacy from the government and the police. They should not be allowed to do an unreasonable search of your property without a good reason.

So what you're basically saying is that you don't care if the rest of your rights disappear as long as you have "the freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition, rights in criminal proceedings, and the right against unreasonable searches and seizures"? Is that it? You realize that by giving up the rest of your rights, you'll be prone to living the rest of your life as fixed by the government? You also know that you'll have no right to sue people that can't pay you back?
Are you sure you only need 3 amendments of the Bill of Rights to survive? Because I'm sure not.

Toast didn't say that he would give up all of the rights except the freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition, rights in criminal, proceedings, and the right against unreasonable searches and seizures. This person just said that he cherished these rights the most. I think that the writer did a good job thoroughly explaining why he liked the rights.
Toast did a very good job in going into detail about all of the laws that he cherishes as another comment says. He does not, however, state why he likes those laws the most. He should at least give one example of a law that is not satisfactory so that I know why he particularly cherishes those laws over others. Explain the flaws in laws as well as the
exceptionalities that some laws have.
